What You’ll Do

• Manage your own litigation docket (including MVA + premises liability)
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Drive cases from filing through resolution or trial

What They’re Looking For

• Texas-licensed attorney
• Experience handling personal injury cases in litigation
• Comfortable with discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Strong organizational and advocacy skills
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
