Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote or Chattanooga, TN

Reports to: CEO


We are recruiting for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of our client's marketing strategy. This role will manage day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, and ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the executive team, sales, and operations to strengthen the Company's visibility, generate leads, and support Community Partner engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate and publish marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns.
  • Assist with planning, promoting, and executing webinars, training events, and conferences.
  • Support design and distribution of marketing collateral (one-pagers, flyers, digital ads).

Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Manage ICS’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and tone across all platforms.
  • Monitor digital engagement and analytics to optimize campaigns.

Sales & Client Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Support the Community Partner program through communications, updates, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the ICS website with current trainings, events, and resources.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Track key marketing metrics (email open rates, webinar registrations, LinkedIn engagement, lead conversions) and report to leadership.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/partners as needed.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience (professional services, education, or legal industry a plus).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, Canva/Adobe, WordPress, or similar tools).
  • Experience with social media management and analytics.
  • Highly organized with project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.


Culture Package 

  • Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 depending on experience.
