What You'll Do

  • Support 2–4 attorneys in a high-volume commercial litigation practice
  • Prepare, proofread, and finalize:
  • Pleadings
  • Motions
  • Briefs
  • Discovery documents
  • Legal correspondence
  • Manage federal and state court filings, including:
  • E-filing procedures
  • Court-specific formatting requirements
  • Filing deadlines and docket management
  • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and task tracking systems
  • Coordinate all aspects of discovery, including:
  • Document collection
  • Organization and production
  • Subpoenas
  • Litigation support logistics
  • Assist with deposition preparation, hearing preparation, exhibits, and trial binders
  • Communicate professionally with courts, vendors, opposing counsel, and litigation support providers
  • Proactively anticipate case needs and support attorney workflows to ensure matters move efficiently and accurately


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of commercial litigation or complex litigation paralegal experience required
  • Federal court litigation experience required, including:
  • E-filing
  • Court rules and procedures
  • Formatting requirements
  • Deadline management
  • Exceptional proofreading and quality-control skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced practice supporting multiple attorneys


Compensation & Benefits


  • Salary range: $90,000 – $125,000, depending on experience
