What You’ll Do

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Analyze evidence and assess case strengths, risks, and strategy
• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and client expectations
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal support teams
• Assist with settlement strategy and dispute resolution

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership (in good standing)
• 4+ years of California litigation experience (required)
• Experience in employment litigation, employment defense, business litigation, or healthcare litigation preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology tools
