What You’ll Do
- Manage your own litigation docket (including MVA + premises liability)
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Drive cases from filing through resolution or trial

What They’re Looking For
- Texas-licensed attorney
- Experience handling personal injury cases in litigation
- Comfortable with discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Strong organizational and advocacy skills
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Perks

- 12% commission on legal fees (base against commission)
