What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional documents, including:
• Purchase agreements
• Partnership and shareholder agreements
• Employment agreements
• Commercial leases
• Vendor and service contracts
• Advise healthcare clients on:
• Business formation and governance
• Corporate structure
• Regulatory compliance
• Risk management strategies
• Manage mergers and acquisitions for healthcare practices, including:
• Due diligence
• Transaction structuring
• Negotiation
• Closing coordination
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor across multiple practice areas and manage matters from intake through resolution
• Counsel clients on employment-related matters, including policies, agreements, and workplace issues
• Support construction and commercial real estate matters related to healthcare facilities
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive, practical legal guidance
• Collaborate with senior attorneys while independently managing a diverse caseload

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar admission required
• 3+ years of corporate or transactional legal experience
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business agreements
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, business-minded approach to client service

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 – $175,000, depending on experience
