Compensation: $235,000 – $1,000,000+ (Base + Production + Recurring Revenue)


About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing, retirement-focused financial planning firm is expanding its advisory team to support a high-volume, seminar-driven client acquisition model. Advisors are provided with a consistent pipeline of pre-qualified prospects—no cold calling or self-sourced prospecting required. This is a production-focused role designed for experienced advisors who want to significantly increase their income with strong infrastructure, marketing support, and a proven system.


What You Will Do

  • Present at educational dinner seminars (minimum 1 per week)
  • Meet with pre-qualified prospects and conduct retirement planning consultations
  • Design and implement retirement income strategies, including annuities
  • Guide clients across a full planning spectrum:
  • Retirement income planning
  • Wealth accumulation
  • Social Security optimization
  • Medicare guidance
  • Tax-efficient strategies
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., estate planning attorneys, tax professionals)
  • Convert firm-generated opportunities into new business and long-term client relationships


Who This Role Is For


Profile 1: The Advisor + Presenter

  • 15+ years of retirement planning or annuity production experience
  • Confident public speaker comfortable presenting to groups (20–60+ attendees)
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning concepts (wills, trusts, POAs)
  • Experienced in comprehensive financial planning and closing business


Profile 2: The Closer

  • Strong background in retirement planning and annuities
  • Exceptional one-on-one closing ability
  • Comfortable handling complex client situations in evening meetings
  • Able to collaborate with presenters and specialists to deliver solutions

High-potential, early-career advisors with strong drive and aptitude will also be considered.


Key Requirements

  • Proven production track record in retirement planning and/or annuities
  • Comfortable working evenings (seminars and client meetings)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • FINRA and/or insurance licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)


Compensation & Earnings Potential

Base Salary:

  • $60,000 – $100,000 (flexible based on experience)
  • $150,000+ for advisors bringing $20M+ in AUM

Production-Based Earnings:

  • Annuity production participation (0.50% – 1.00%)
  • 20% participation in recurring advisory/AUM revenue

Realistic Earnings Scenarios:

  • $235K – $380K+ (conservative)
  • $310K – $500K+ (expected)
  • $500K – $1M+ (high performers)
