About the Opportunity

A well-established real estate law practice is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing team in Bellmore, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working on active residential and commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff on closings, title matters, due diligence, and transactional coordination from opening through closing.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, review, and organize real estate transaction documents
  • Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate closings
  • Coordinate title insurance documentation and communicate with title companies, lenders, clients, and outside parties
  • Conduct due diligence and help ensure files remain accurate and organized throughout the transaction process
  • Track deadlines, closing requirements, and transaction milestones
  • Maintain organized files and support smooth transaction flow from opening through closing
  • Support attorneys with real estate and banking-related transactional matters
  • Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and internal team members


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of real estate transactional paralegal experience required
  • Experience with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with:
  • Title insurance
  • Closing documentation
  • Due diligence processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in a collaborative office setting
  • Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office tools


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 – $72,000, depending on experience
