Location: Irvine, California (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base

This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced personal injury practice where you’ll manage your own caseload, drive case strategy, and play a key role in delivering strong outcomes. What You Will Do
- Manage a high-volume pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
- Investigate liability and damages, identify coverage issues, and develop early case strategy
- Draft and review demand packages, releases, and key correspondence
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Maintain consistent client communication and provide proactive case updates
- Collaborate with support staff to keep cases organized and moving efficiently
- Identify cases that should move into litigation and coordinate smooth transitions
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of personal injury experience
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience required
- Strong negotiation and case management skills
- Confident communicator with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume caseload
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
