Location: Irvine, California (Hybrid)

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base

This is an opportunity to step into a fast-paced personal injury practice where you’ll manage your own caseload, drive case strategy, and play a key role in delivering strong outcomes. You’ll be part of a performance-driven team with the structure, resources, and support of a nationally recognized firm, along with a clear path toward increased responsibility and leadership.


What You Will Do

  • Manage a high-volume pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
  • Investigate liability and damages, identify coverage issues, and develop early case strategy
  • Draft and review demand packages, releases, and key correspondence
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Maintain consistent client communication and provide proactive case updates
  • Collaborate with support staff to keep cases organized and moving efficiently
  • Identify cases that should move into litigation and coordinate smooth transitions


What We’re Looking For

  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 3+ years of personal injury experience
  • Plaintiff-side personal injury experience required
  • Strong negotiation and case management skills
  • Confident communicator with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume caseload
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
