The Role

This position requires prior litigation experience and the ability to manage cases independently. The firm is seeking an attorney who can step in, take ownership of matters, and move cases forward with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities include:

  • Handling civil litigation matters, primarily in personal injury, construction litigation, and insurance defense
  • Managing cases from inception through resolution
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
  • Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
  • Assisting with case strategy, evaluation, and litigation planning
  • Appearing in court as needed and supporting trial preparation


Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license
  • Prior litigation experience required (personal injury, construction defect, or insurance defense preferred)
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage an active caseload independently
  • Practical, hands-on approach with sound judgment

Location:

This is an on-site role in Bradenton, Florida. Relocation candidates are welcome, and support may be available depending on circumstances. Limited flexibility may be available once fully onboarded.
