A sophisticated legal team is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support complex commercial real estate and finance transactions. What You'll Do

  • Independently review and analyze:
  • Title commitments
  • Surveys
  • Zoning reports
  • Prepare and distribute title, survey, and zoning comment memoranda
  • Coordinate directly with:
  • Title companies
  • Surveyors
  • Zoning consultants
  • Attorneys
  • Closing teams
  • Support commercial real estate and finance transactions involving multiple properties and complex deal structures
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of loan documents and closing materials
  • Manage due diligence workflows for large real estate portfolios
  • Organize and maintain:
  • Closing binders
  • Deal files
  • Electronic transaction documents
  • Support attorneys, senior paralegals, and practice group leadership on transaction-related projects
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail throughout all phases of the transaction process


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience required
  • Strong hands-on experience reviewing:
  • Title commitments
  • Surveys
  • Zoning reports
  • Experience preparing title, survey, and zoning comment memoranda
  • Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants
  • Background supporting:
  • Commercial real estate transactions
  • Real estate finance matters
  • Mortgage lending transactions
  • Portfolio acquisitions and dispositions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software
  • Experience with document management, timekeeping, or transaction management systems is a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $109,000 – $140,000, depending on experience
