Pay: $65,000 – $85,000 per year

A high-performing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Houston is looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to its team. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting attorneys on catastrophic injury and complex litigation matters. This opportunity is best suited for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced litigation environment and can manage files, deadlines, and case progression with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Prepare motions, responses, and other litigation documents
• Manage case files and ensure accuracy and organization
• Track deadlines, maintain calendaring, and monitor case progress
• Communicate with clients regarding treatment and case status
• Assist in preparing cases for depositions, mediations, and trial
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently through litigation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience handling discovery, motions, and litigation deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-directed and proactive in managing workload
• Must be able to work on-site in Houston, TX
