Trial Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 base salary + bonus structure

A growing, mission-driven personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its Pacific Northwest team. Key Responsibilities
Trial Advocacy
- Lead and conduct high-value personal injury trials
- Utilize strong courtroom presence, legal expertise, and persuasive advocacy to achieve successful outcomes
Litigation Management
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, strategy development, discovery, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation
- Approach each case with thoroughness, precision, and strategic insight
Client Engagement
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and advocated for throughout the legal process
Team Collaboration
- Partner with a highly skilled team of legal professionals to develop comprehensive litigation and trial strategies
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of trial or litigation experience
- Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule following a 12-week in-office onboarding period
- Office located steps from Pike Place Market on the Seattle waterfront
- Three days per week in-office; two days per week remote
