Compensation: $200K–$300K Base + Significant Bonus Upside

We’re partnered with a long-established Houston plaintiff firm with decades of history trying complex, high-exposure cases. This is a group known for taking cases to verdict, investing heavily in litigation, and handling matters that many firms won’t touch.

What You’ll Do

• Run your own cases from intake through trial
• Handle high-value matters including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, industrial accidents, and complex liability claims
• Take and defend depositions, argue hearings, and appear in court
• Negotiate from a position of strength with a trial-first mindset
• Work directly with clients on serious, life-impacting cases

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Proven ability to handle cases from intake through trial
• Actual courtroom experience required
• Strong litigation skills across discovery, negotiation, and trial prep
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Texas Bar preferred or ability to practice in Texas
