Location: Irvine, California (In-Office / Hybrid Flexibility)

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000


A Hands-On Litigation Role with Real Responsibility

This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized personal injury firm handling complex, high-value cases. You’ll be involved from case inception through resolution, working closely with attorneys and playing a key role in keeping matters moving. What You Will Do

  • Support attorneys on personal injury litigation matters from start to finish
  • Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain and organize electronic case files and document systems
  • Draft and finalize litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
  • Proofread and quality-check filings for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, and appearances
  • Coordinate depositions, service of process, and subpoenas
  • Obtain medical records and related documentation
  • Gather lien information and assist with damages documentation
  • Support fact investigation and case development
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to meet deadlines


What We’re Looking For

  • Paralegal certificate required
  • 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
  • Some plaintiff-side personal injury experience required
  • Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing systems
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
