Salary: $85,000 – $120,000
A Hands-On Litigation Role with Real Responsibility
This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized personal injury firm handling complex, high-value cases. You’ll be involved from case inception through resolution, working closely with attorneys and playing a key role in keeping matters moving. What You Will Do
- Support attorneys on personal injury litigation matters from start to finish
- Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and organize electronic case files and document systems
- Draft and finalize litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Proofread and quality-check filings for accuracy and completeness
- Manage calendars, deadlines, hearings, and appearances
- Coordinate depositions, service of process, and subpoenas
- Obtain medical records and related documentation
- Gather lien information and assist with damages documentation
- Support fact investigation and case development
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Paralegal certificate required
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Some plaintiff-side personal injury experience required
- Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with court rules, filing procedures, and e-filing systems
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
