This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who enjoys working closely with clients on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning and asset protection strategies
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including:
• Wills
• Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
• Powers of Attorney and related documents
• Handle estate and trust administration matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in trusts & estates and estate administration
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred (not required)
• Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and work ethic
