A nationally recognized management-side labor and employment law practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. What You'll Do

  • Represent employers in labor and employment litigation matters
  • Draft and prepare:
  • Motions
  • Briefs
  • Pleadings
  • Discovery requests and responses
  • Other substantive litigation documents
  • Conduct legal research and support overall litigation strategy
  • Participate in:
  • Depositions
  • Hearings
  • Mediations
  • Case preparation
  • Other litigation-related proceedings
  • Manage case responsibilities and deadlines throughout all stages of litigation
  • Analyze complex workplace disputes and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and risk management
  • Support the successful resolution of employment-related claims and disputes


Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Bar admission required
  • 3+ years of strong litigation experience
  • Labor and employment law experience preferred
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong client communication and relationship-management abilities
  • Sound professional judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment
