What You'll Do
- Represent employers in labor and employment litigation matters
- Draft and prepare:
- Motions
- Briefs
- Pleadings
- Discovery requests and responses
- Other substantive litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and support overall litigation strategy
- Participate in:
- Depositions
- Hearings
- Mediations
- Case preparation
- Other litigation-related proceedings
- Manage case responsibilities and deadlines throughout all stages of litigation
- Analyze complex workplace disputes and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and risk management
- Support the successful resolution of employment-related claims and disputes
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar admission required
- 3+ years of strong litigation experience
- Labor and employment law experience preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong client communication and relationship-management abilities
- Sound professional judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment
