We are a newly established Christian church camp based in Florida, focused on building strong, faith-centered partnerships with churches, ministries, and schools. Our vision and programs are already in place. We are seeking someone who can help us connect with pastors and ministry leaders and build meaningful, lasting relationships.

Position Overview

This role centers on outreach and relationship-building, primarily through phone conversations. While outreach is a key component, this is not simply a cold-calling position. The conversations you will have support events and partnerships that can have a lasting spiritual impact.

We are looking for someone who is faith-driven, relational, and motivated to serve churches and ministries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff over the phone
• Conduct consistent daily outreach and follow-up
• Set appointments and open opportunities for partnerships with our camp
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with purpose
• Maintain accurate records and stay organized using a CRM system

Performance Expectations

• Make 40–50 calls per day
• Engage in 10–15 meaningful conversations daily
• Connect with decision-makers and begin relationship-building
• Help establish connections with 30–50 new churches per month

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with pastors, ministry leaders, and church staff
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
• Organized and consistent with outreach efforts
• Alignment with Christian, faith-based work
