A growing organization delivering STEM-based enrichment and education programs is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth through partnerships with K–12 schools and districts across the Tri-State area.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands how to position and deliver program-based education solutions into schools. You will work directly with school and district stakeholders to identify needs, recommend the right programs, and support successful implementation and expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow partnerships with K–12 schools, districts, and education stakeholders
- Engage directly with principals, administrators, and district leaders to position program-based solutions
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing and expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand programs across schools and districts over time
- Support schools through onboarding and implementation of programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with school needs
- Recruit, mentor, and support a growing sales team
- Contribute to marketing efforts that support school outreach and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience selling into K–12 schools or districts
- Experience with education programs, curriculum, or solution-based offerings
- Proven ability to build relationships with school decision-makers (principals, administrators, district leaders)
- Experience owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing
- Familiarity with district purchasing processes, RFPs, or procurement is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
