What You'll Do
- Draft and prepare sophisticated estate planning documents, including:
- Wills
- Revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Powers of attorney
- Advance directives
- Other estate planning instruments
- Advise individuals and families on estate planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection strategies
- Prepare probate and estate administration documents
- Manage estate planning and probate matters from initial consultation through completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and practical legal guidance
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex estate planning matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and client correspondence
- Manage matters independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar admission required
- 2+ years of estate planning attorney experience
- Strong experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Probate and estate administration experience preferred
- Excellent legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and client communication skills
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
