What You'll Do

  • Draft and prepare sophisticated estate planning documents, including:
  • Wills
  • Revocable and irrevocable trusts
  • Powers of attorney
  • Advance directives
  • Other estate planning instruments
  • Advise individuals and families on estate planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection strategies
  • Prepare probate and estate administration documents
  • Manage estate planning and probate matters from initial consultation through completion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and practical legal guidance
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex estate planning matters
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and client correspondence
  • Manage matters independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service


Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar admission required
  • 2+ years of estate planning attorney experience
  • Strong experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
  • Probate and estate administration experience preferred
  • Excellent legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client communication skills
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $140,000 – $250,000, depending on experience
