About the Opportunity

A prominent national law firm is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Florham Park office.

This is a partner-track opportunity for an attorney with substantive experience handling management-side employment litigation and counseling matters who wants to continue developing within a sophisticated national labor and employment practice.

What You Will Do

• Represent employers in employment litigation
• Advise clients on employment law and workplace issues
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis
• Draft briefs, motions, and other litigation documents
• Work collaboratively with attorneys across multiple offices
• Manage multiple sophisticated matters and competing deadlines
• Take increasing responsibility for client service and case management

What We Are Looking For

• Approximately 4–5 years of substantive labor and employment experience
• Strong background in defense-oriented employment litigation
• Employment counseling experience
• Admission to both the New Jersey and New York Bars required
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work effectively across offices and teams
• Strong academic credentials, including a minimum 3.2 law school GPA
