Location: Winchester, VA (Hybrid) — Regular court appearances throughout Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley

Compensation: Base salary from $120,000+ | Realistic total comp $200,000+ with performance bonuses

About the Role

This is a position for a true litigator—someone who thrives on strategy, persuasion, and the adrenaline of trial. You will take ownership of cases from filing through verdict and play a central role in shaping our litigation approach.

If you are a seasoned personal injury attorney who wants to lead from the front rather than settle early or delegate core litigation tasks, you’ll excel here.

What You’ll Do

• Lead plaintiff-side personal injury litigation from complaint through trial.
• Conduct jury and bench trials in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, manage written discovery, and draft high-level pleadings.
• Provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients during the most challenging moments of their lives.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor junior litigation staff to elevate firm-wide performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Active member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
• 5+ years of first-chair personal injury litigation experience.
• Demonstrated success in Circuit Court and Federal Court.
• Mastery of Virginia Rules of Evidence and Civil Procedure.
• Exceptional writing, strategy, and courtroom presence.
• Preferred: Ability to work full-time in our Winchester, VA office.
