What You'll Do

  • Prepare probate and trust administration documents from inception through final distribution
  • Assist attorneys with all phases of probate and estate administration matters
  • Prepare and coordinate:
  • Court filings
  • Probate pleadings
  • Estate administration documents
  • Client correspondence
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, and third parties
  • Maintain organized case files and monitor critical deadlines
  • Coordinate document collection, filings, and administrative requirements throughout the probate process
  • Support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service while managing multiple active matters
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance throughout each stage of estate and trust administration


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of probate paralegal or probate legal assistant experience required
  • Experience preparing probate and trust administration documents
  • Strong understanding of probate and estate administration procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
  • Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $75,000 – $95,000, depending on experience
