What You'll Do
- Prepare probate and trust administration documents from inception through final distribution
- Assist attorneys with all phases of probate and estate administration matters
- Prepare and coordinate:
- Court filings
- Probate pleadings
- Estate administration documents
- Client correspondence
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, financial institutions, and third parties
- Maintain organized case files and monitor critical deadlines
- Coordinate document collection, filings, and administrative requirements throughout the probate process
- Support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service while managing multiple active matters
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance throughout each stage of estate and trust administration
Qualifications
- 2+ years of probate paralegal or probate legal assistant experience required
- Experience preparing probate and trust administration documents
- Strong understanding of probate and estate administration procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
- Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
