Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury

Location: Winchester, VA | Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually, plus bonuses and full benefits

As our litigation team continues to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who can hit the ground running and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a senior-level role—ideal for someone who takes initiative, manages complex cases with confidence, and wants to play an integral part in delivering justice for our clients.


What You’ll Do

You will be a key force in the litigation process, providing high-level support to attorneys and ensuring cases move efficiently and effectively from filing through trial. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a full caseload of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation matters.
  • Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Assisting with trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
  • Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
  • Organizing case files, exhibits, trial binders, and litigation calendars.
  • Resolving Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and ERISA liens; preparing accurate disbursement schedules.
  • Attending trials and providing in-court support.
  • Supervising support staff as needed.
  • Performing additional litigation-related tasks as required.


What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must bring experience, precision, and professional maturity. Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in personal injury law.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience, including deposition and trial support.
  • Strong knowledge of Virginia civil procedure.
  • Excellent legal writing and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
  • Experience negotiating and resolving ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare liens.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; case management software experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred (equivalent experience considered).
