Account Executive – New Business (Automotive & Heavy Equipment SaaS)

Remote (US-based) | Tampa preferred


We are recruiting for a high-performing Account Executive to help grow our client's business across the United States and Canada, focused on the Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Truck, and Trailer markets.


This is a true greenfield role. They are looking for someone who enjoys building from scratch, opening new market segments, and owning outcomes end to end. You’ll join a global new business sales team, but you’ll have real autonomy and visibility as you help scale their North American footprint.


Compensation and Location

  • Base salary up to $100,000
  • $100,000+ uncapped commission
  • $200,000+ on-target earnings
  • Remote role (US-based); Tampa preferred, but open nationwide


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Identifying and closing new business within automotive dealerships, dealer groups, OEMs, distributors, and adjacent technology partners
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Leading consultative, executive-level conversations focused on business outcomes and value
  • Delivering presentations and product demonstrations aligned to customer priorities
  • Building and executing a sales plan that consistently exceeds targets
  • Partnering with global colleagues to leverage best practices and drive deal success
  • Using structured sales methodologies (including to manage opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data in their CRM


What They Are Looking For

  • Proven success in new business SaaS or high-tech sales
  • Experience selling into automotive dealerships or the heavy equipment ecosystem preferred
  • A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to succeed in a greenfield territory
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfort engaging senior leaders and decision-makers
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, global organization
